Premsing Rathod has worked for the Taj in Goa and for Michelin star restaurants in the UK such as Rasoi and Urbun Turban. He has an obsession for cooking and serving exciting and delicious food from the extensive range of sub-continental recipes.

Bammu Ponde is a well known chef and has previously worked for ex-Sarkhels as a chef. He mixes ancient traditional Indian recipes with modern British ingredients to create a lighter and more contemporary menu.
